She was also a member of the Broadcasting Board of Governors from June 30, 2010, to December 31, 2012. She was a book publishing executive at Random House before working as a political pundit for Fox News and co-hosting the network's talk show The Five.

She started presenting The Daily Briefing with Dana Perino on Fox News on October 2, 2017. Perino departed The Daily Briefing in early 2021 to co-anchor America's Newsroom with Bill Hemmer.

How Tall Is Dana Perino On The Five? Height In Feet

Political pundit, Dana Perino's height, is wildly contested, with many sources stating she is 5 Feet and 2 Inches.

As such, one can assume that Perino is between five feet and two inches. A lot has been made about Perino's height, as she is one of the most popular and sought-after hosts on The Five.

The Five is an American panel talk program on Fox News Channel. The show's permanent hosts are Greg Gutfeld, Dana Perino, Jesse Watters, and Jeanine Pirro, and it also has rotating hosts Jessica Tarlov, Geraldo Rivera, and Harold Ford Jr.

The one-hour program made its debut on July 11, 2011, and unless breaking news coverage interferes, it airs live on weekdays starting at 5 p.m. ET (with a rerun showing on Fridays at 5 a.m. ET).

She is one of the more popular hosts on the show because of her good looks.  She has been known for her blonde hair and homegrown American face, which have earned her many fans and suitors. Her good looks have attracted a lot of fans to follow her wherever she goes in her broadcasting career.

Even when she was a Press Secretary for the former president's cabinet, Perino was bringing in fans.

The 50-year-old is still going strong, and her looks and beauty have not waned with time.

Some have stated that she looks as beautiful and engaging as she did in her youth. However, to the dismay of her fans, she is married to English-born Peter McMahon, whom she met in August 1997, and married a year later.

Dana Perino's Weight In Kilograms

It has been widely reported that political pundit Dana Perino weighs 48 kilograms.

As stated above, her looks have done wonders for her career, and though it is not the reason she succeeded or even got started, it has helped more than hurt her career. Two months after the September 11 attacks, Perino was hired by Andy Card, the chief of staff for the President.

She first served as the President's CEQ's associate director of communications in 2002. From 2005 through 2007, Perino worked as the deputy press secretary.

She temporarily served as the President's press secretary from March 27 to April 30, 2007, while Tony Snow received colon cancer treatment. President George W. Bush declared on August 31, 2007, that Snow would step down from his position due to health concerns and that Perino would take over as his successor.

From September 14, 2007, to the conclusion of the Bush administration in January 2009, Perino served as the President's press secretary and assistant to the president. During a news conference in Baghdad on December 14, 2008, a TV reporter named Muntadhar al-Zaidi hurled two shoes at Bush.

A microphone stand hurt Perino's eye amid the chaos preceding al-arrest, Zaidi's, but Bush managed to avoid both.

Where Is Dana Perino From?

Dana Perino was raised in Denver, Colorado, but she was born on May 9, 1972, in Evanston, Wyoming. Her two paternal great-grandparents were immigrants from Italy.

Southeast of Denver, in the town of Parker, she attended Ponderosa High School. She received a bachelor's degree in mass communications from Colorado State University-Pueblo and majors in political science and Spanish.

She was a member of the university's forensics team and employed by KTSC-TV, the Rocky Mountain PBS affiliate on campus.

She also worked the 2 to 6 a.m. shift at KCCY-FM. She later went to the University of Illinois Springfield to earn a master's degree in public affairs reporting (UIS).

While at UIS, she worked for a CBS affiliate, WCIA as a daily reporter covering the Illinois Capitol.

After serving as a staff assistant in Washington, D.C., for Congressman Scott McInnis (R-CO), Perino went on to work for nearly four years as Rep. Dan Schaefer (R-CO), who was then the chairman of the House Commerce Subcommittee on Energy and Power, as his press secretary.

Perino and her husband, Peter McMahon, relocated to the United Kingdom after Schaefer declared retirement in 1998.

She relocated back to Washington, D.C., in November 2001, when she obtained employment as the Department of Justice's spokesperson, where she worked for two years. As the Associate Director of Communications for the President's Council on Environmental Quality (CEQ), Perino joined the President's staff.

There, she offered strategic guidance on message formulation, media relations, and public outreach. In its report on climate change censorship, the House Oversight Committee, presided over by Rep.

Edolphus Towns (D-NY) asserted that the CEQ had an undue influence on media relations in governmental scientific agencies throughout her tenure.
